Returns & Refunds

At CB Jewels we want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase, however if this is not the case we allow 14 days to request a refund or exchange. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons

  • If you do wish to contact us about a return or issue with your purchase, please do so via this email:

  • To hurry the process along, please use your order number as the subject of the email, and include the name of the item/s, and your return/exchange request.

  • Following the approval of your request the item must be shipped to us within 14 days. 

  • All items must be returned UNWORN and in the same packaging they were sent in. 

  • Non-adjustable rings must still have their size tags on, or we cannot accept them.

  • Any return shipping fees must be paid by the customer, we do not provide refunds on shipping costs. 


CB Jewels reserves the right to refuse exchanges or refunds at any time. 

Faulty Goods


At CB Jewels we quality check every item we sell, before they are lovingly packaged.

If an item has been damaged during shipping or is faulty please contact us as soon as possible via email:

We would be happy to replace any damaged or faulty goods.

Please attach an image of the faulty item if possible, this will help speed the process along! If a clear image is attached to the email you will not be required to return the item.

Please allow 3 working days for your email to be processed.
